Pros

Good training for position applied for

Cons

Fired people for illegal reasons such as age, race and sex and sexual orientation and when on FMLA. Very unprofessional. Singled out and target people. Give certain people easy assignments and other the worse. Have nurses work three different shifts in one month. Mandated nurses which is illegal and unsafe. Management feels nurses do not matter and have no value. A dead end job
