Pros

Easy work just clean and stay busy.

Cons

Low pay especially since even dominoes pays more for full time staff. Most ppl have to clean 2 to 3 entire buildings in just 8 hours and they will try to put more and more on you or complain and threaten your job if your not meeting expectations which is to have them all spotless while students are in and out.
