The pros would be an easy manageable schedule 6-3 p.m , an hour lunch.

Cons

No incentive pay, no raises , no bonuses, benefits are minimum, excused days are not tolerated.

Pros

One of the best reasons to work for McLemore is their willingness to work with your schedule if your a student.

Cons

One con is the training process; some of the training is not thoroughly explained; another would be that some of means of communications such as the personal radios do not work,again some not all; another would be that some of the supplies are insufficient mainly too small bags for some of the trash cans.
