Pros

Great support at program. Faculty are very helpful and take your opinion seriously as long as its within reason. Great inpatient experience. Great salary. Oportunities for moonlighting. Lots of procedures. Ability to do colonoscopy and get certified if your motivated.

Cons

Like any residency clinic can be chaotic at times but its not a deal breaker. This is the South be okay with a little conservative core.

Great teamwork, clean facility, the hospital takes pride in the work that they do and it shows through the staff , patients, and family

Cons

Some of the units can be overworked due to constant patient turn over. Patients are not properly placed in correct units/floors
