      Pros

      The organization enjoys a good reputation in the Pee Dee area. The pay is reasonable. I enjoyed my co-workers and had adequate supplies to do my job.

      Cons

      This organization does not appear to respect or appreciate " midlevel providers" ---most notifications and paperwork refers to "doctor" as opposed to "providers". The organization advertises for their doctors but does not give nurse practitioner the same advertisement.

      Pros

      Decent benefits, good coworkers. It's good to have your foot in the door since McLeod is buying up everything

      Cons

      Pay is terrible for the work required. Number of patients assigned to each tech is overwhelming on a good day. Lack of equipment doesn't help matters. Micromanagement needs to stop. Lunch? If you're lucky, and don't expect to get your full 30 minutes most days.
