Great hospital to go to as a patient, but not to work as a nurse.

Pros

Compassionate nursing team who does their best to provide excellent patient care.

Cons

Management, those above director, out of touch with the hardship of meeting expectations at the bedside. All they care about is reimbursement and meeting CMS requirements. They are setting the expectations so high on the staff: it is impossible to meet the requirements daily with the patient load they put on the staff.
