Pros

Pay was awesome and bonuses in December were great.

Cons

The managers switched too much and growth in company rarely happens. Very ridged on performance.

Pros

Great benefits package & above-average pay. As many have suggested, the company is very generous, especially if you become fully vested.

Cons

Company culture. Most specialist-level hires have zero mobility in the company. You will eventually be siloed onto a specific team and will likely never get an opportunity to grow or pivot.
