Great pay/benefits because no one would work there otherwise
Pros
Benefits. Full tuition reimbursement, generous profit sharing, start with 15 days PTO, health insurance is paid for.
Cons
Extremely rigorous work, physically and mentally draining, poor communication on updates to processes, unpaid lunch and breaks, management is too hands off unless it's to critique you, and worst of all the metrics they use to review your work are extremely strict with very little room for accomodations unless you're visibly disabled. This means that if you don't fit perfectly into the role they throw you in when you arrive, you're basically screwed. They will not work with you to find suitable work. If you don't meet the extremely high metrics, they will hound you to no end and then wonder why you are no longer thriving in a toxic work environment. For example, my error rate was .0002% but they want .0001%, so my work was deemed "needs improvement" and they made sure to tell me I would not get a raise. That is not an exaggeration, either. Despite the good benefits it is not worth the physical injuries and mental distress -- if they didn't offer good pay/benefits everyone would probably have quit by now.
