The money if fantastic and they give really large yearly bonuses to everyone. Sometimes a month salary to each person.

Upper management has high turnover (on Purpose) for some reason.

Pros

- Educational Benefits and Growth Opportunities through Project Work - Competent Managers that help with Development - Opportunities to work with new Technologies

Cons

- Have heard of stories about management chains that were run poorly, but haven't had that experience personally - Use of legacy systems is a very real thing and sometimes work is centered around trying to get legacy systems to work in order to actually develop - Cafeteria food could be better
