Pros

- Great pay and benefits - Supportive culture + DEI initiatives - Genuinely nice people The work that we do isn't especially interesting, but I enjoy it. A good amount of work in software development/IT stuff. You'll definitely learn a lot. And I really like the people I work with! For me, that's the best part.

Cons

- Not great work/life balance depending on your role within the company

Pros

The compensation was unreal and great work-life balance. Management was open to letting me pursue some personal passions in my work.

Cons

Some of the work doesn't seem real, and I wonder how the company is functioning sometimes given its ancient systems.
