Pros

The people you work with are awesome and very smart, and the pay and benefits are really tough to beat.

Cons

Sometimes it takes a while for projects to get going because of the many approvals and reviews they go through. Not a ton of autonomy.

Pros

Fantastic Pay in the area and level of work Unmatched benefits Beautiful, quiet town to commute to

Cons

Management is very selective about where you went to college. If you don't have an Ivy league diploma, you're highly unlikely to make it to management.
