Pros

Really good covid response from them, sent everybody home basically immediately AND bought us work from home equipment. Really good pay. Great profit sharing bonus at the end of the year, and pension plan too which almost no one offers anymore. Total comp ends up being like 100k. Benefits are unmatched. Full tuition reimbursement. Financial assistance for first time homebuyers. They will even help you pay for your childrens undergrad! Although you have to be working there for 5-6 years before you can get that benefit. Really good work life balance too. You never have to work more than 40 hrs per week unless you volunteer to, and you get overtime pay for it.

Cons

If you are not hired into management it's very difficult to move up into a managerial role. Currently you can only work from home in the five states where they have a physical location.
