Pros

Excellent pay and benefits. Coworkers are amazing!

Cons

Theyd rather hire fresh out of college spoiled brats who complain all day than real people who can appreciate a good job. Those folk really drain the culture.

Pros

Lots of opportunities to develop skills and management experience in short period of time, independence, good coworkers, benefits (I.e.: health insurance, cash profit share, deferred profit share, tuition reimbursement)

Cons

Competitive culture, upper management is too rigid, little opportunities to advance, lack of professional mentorship
