Pros

Amazing benefits, the employees are paid well and are very well taken care of. Health care, bonuses, etc are all pluses.

Cons

Management culture is very elitist. Very hard to move into management if you are hired in as a regular employee. Recent college grads are often placed in the management program that are paid much more than other new hires.

Pros

- Great company where you get to lead smart people - You are set up for success and cared for. People want you to succeed and put a lot of effort into your development - You just worry about your job, compensation is great. - Expectations are very reasonable. You are expected to make incremental improvement, but nothing that will change the world

Cons

- You aren't expected to change the world, so sometimes your projects can feel a little menial - There is not a lot of career advancement for staff (non-management) positions, so you are dealing with a workforce that can be fairly frustrated. This is a leadership challenge. - mature company, so you don't get the chance to drive revenue growth
