Pros

Great people from all different backgrounds work at this company. Everyone is always helpful and willing to share advice when starting out at the company.

Cons

Not too much room for growth. While I worked there i was able to move to a different department but I knew I wasn't able to ever be promoted.

Pros

I had a great manager who probably made my experience better than some of my colleagues at the time. If you work hard, learn and try to do your best, you'll be fine.

Cons

The culture is very unique and can be a little tough for some to adjust. It's certainly not a transparent company or one that focuses much on employee engagement, but I suppose this can be said about a lot of companies.
