Pros

Great pay, bonuses, benefits. No overtime. Monday thru Friday work week. Great Christmas party. Many employee giveaways. Full cafeteria. If you are a hard worker, physically fit, can handle high pressure work and high stress, fast pace, etc. this is a great company to work for. Don't expect any down time at work, but you will enjoy the benefits and pay while you are off.

Cons

Extremely fast paced in warehouse. Never a chance to slow down and catch your breath. When orders slow down, other work is assigned immediately. They pay well and expect you to work hard for that pay. You need to be a perfectionist and work at 110% capacity.

Not bad. A good temporary fit.

Pros

Great benefits. Great work life balance. Company treats employees with respect. Surrounded by competent co-workers.

Cons

No room for advancement unless management trainee. Jobs are very specific, so day-to-day becomes monotonous. Strange level of oversight on seemingly benign tasks.

Pros

* Unprecedented benefits. * The vast majority of workers care about what they do, they do it in a professional manner and are always willing to help. * If they see potential in you they will develop you. * They move people around (again if you have the education and the potential) frequently.

Cons

* Management's treatment of employees has declined in recent years and is hurting morale and employee loyalty. * If you are not on the I.T. side of things or you don't have an ivy league education it's not the greatest place to work, even with the benefits. * If you are at all a slacker, forget about it. We work hard at McM.
