Pros
-The company supports work/life balance -Good compensation and benefits -The people who work there are smart and interesting Bottom line: if you take it for what it is--a warehouse/office job that's more than likely going to be very repetitive, but will result in good compensation for relatively normal work hours--and are okay with that, you're fine. It will pay your bills, and they will take good care of you. Chances are, you'll meet more than a few good people along the way. The happiest people at McMaster are the people who have something outside of work that really lights their fire. If you look for your work to be your fulfillment, this probably isn't going to be a great fit long-term, but may not be a bad stop along the way.
Cons
-It's a quirky culture...works well for some but not for others -One of the first things that people mention is how good the benefits are, not how satisfying they find their jobs -Mentoring isn't a big part of their culture, so if you're looking for that sort of thing, you have to seek it out yourself
