Pros

Cons

everything... systems archaic and nontransferable. Skills are also nontransferable unless you plan to work in a WH for the rest of your life. This place is literally a dead end.

Pros

Awesome benefits (healthcare, profit share, bonus).

Cons

Strange corporate culture that thrives on intimidation, bullying, negativity. Difficult to get promoted if you’re not a member of the elite Management Development Program

Pros

Great benefits but that's about all. I've heard from former coworkers even these are being eroded.

Cons

The management team are absolute garbage. They enjoy playing psychological games with their reports. Most of the manager trainees are from expensive private or ivy league schools who couldn't get a job in their area of study. Absolutely no room for advancement.
