Pros

Tuition reimbursement with no contract to work afterwards, profit sharing 3-5 times you monthly salary, up to 25% of your salary is contributed to your retirement, 3 weeks vacation, 3 personal days, decent hours.

Cons

Work is work. Nothing out of the ordinary. If you do what is expected of you and do not be defiant (but rather HUMBLE) you will do fine.

Pros

This is a place to go find practical management and leadership experience. Go there if you want great opportunities to lead people and excellent feedback on what your strengths are and where you need to develop.

Cons

The company hires a ton of very smart people who settle there for the long term, which means that while you will often start quickly, after about 3 years the professional opportunities flatten out. Your advancement will begin to depend on people retiring, as will your compensation.
