Pros

Amazing pay and benefits Awesome coworkers Great facility with good food Managers try to care but really don’t know what they are doing except the veteran OG ones

Cons

Very high standards but you can overcome this It is hard manual work and if you aren’t up for that, this may not be the right work for you Not much transferable skills learned for future jobs

Pros

Good benefits, great bonus. Definition of golden handcuffs

Cons

MICROMANAGEMENT!!! You have not seen micromanagement until you’ve seen it here. They redefine the term. The work is meaningless and overall spooky vibes. Have you seen Severance? When I first watched it I Assumed that he creator had also worked at mcm because of all of the spooky parallels
