Pros

-good pay, requires minimal brain energy, great job to do hungover

Cons

With several years of FAANG engineering experience, I was swindled into a data entry job, and when I expressed interest in management, it was shut down because I don't have an Ivy league degree but they'll hire someone straight out of college to manage a department when their only management experience is their intramural volleyball club.
