Pros

Great salary and benefits package as well as work life balance. Strict 9 to 5 and they dont like overtime.

Cons

Robtic and tedious work. No room for growth. The cultural is unique very high school like with clicks. Managers are kids fresh out of Ivy colleges with little to no experience in managing people.

Pros

The hourly employees. They single handedly are capable of ensuring the place makes money in the absence of an audit system to check for dysfunctionality at the Regional and Director positions.

Cons

Misleading what you will actually be doing in a management role. During the interview process they will tell you all the exciting ideas and creative process you will be contributing to the company. In actuality the reality of it all sets in and you end up following the directives of the Regional and Director levels. You must be agreeable or you become ostracized. It's a small group of intellectuals with zero knowledge of what's actually going on. These people have given up unbelievable training at the best schools to settle for these positions. HR is not impartial to anything except the narrative the Regionals and Directors are driving. So much potential as a company. They make money hand over fist for now, but they will eventually begin the downturn slowly. Think Kodak and Blockbuster.

Pros

Great pay, benefits etc. Many of the comments are from people who couldn't keep up with the high expectations of McMaster. Due to this, they blame management or some other part of the process. If you work hard you are rewarded with some of the best pay, and very consistent only 8-hour days in the business. This job/benefits are earned in the operation, not at the interview.

Cons

Certain roles are less interesting than others. There is a lot of management movement, which is on purpose to keep things fresh, but sometimes takes a bit to adjust to.
