Company does not value quality individuals

Pros

Great benefits, competitive salary, Mon-Fri schedule

Cons

in the Bins Department, where they place most of their new employees, you either meet their one error/month quota, or you will be put on written warning and subsequently let go if you don't improve. No exceptions! No room for advancement unless you are a manager favorite. They say they don't pressure you to work faster, but if you don't, you will have a supervisor breathing down your neck, also other fillers will get frustrated with you if you aren't picking up work as fast as they are. So you are constantly working fast, regardless of how heavy the materials are (and they get very heavy depending on where you are). Not for the faint of heart or physical ability.

Pros

The only reason to work here is for the Bonus and even that didn't make me stay!

Cons

They spend so much time screening and interviewing people who usually have solid work history only to constantly tear them down! The Feedback is ovewhelming and so depressing that one starts to believe they don't how to enter a simple order. The Turnover is shocking to the outside world however, internally it makes perfect sense. They terminate their most LOYAL people after 20+ years of service......they boot them out with a mere your no longer meeting "our" expecatations. THey have amaizing benefits but you can never get time off to use them. Their is no such thing as work life balance. They tell you when, what time and how and either you like or you know where the door is.
