Cons

Exceptionally condescending attitude from management. Managers + directors have no understanding how to motivate employees or make them feel valued. Eventually anyone with any sense of pride or who wants to feel like they work in an environment where they're valued will quit.

You will appreciate whatever you have once you leave here. Benefits aren't bad. Most of the people who work there are good and just as miserable as you.

Cons

No communication, conflicting direction, no respect and it is only getting worse. all the reviews on here are staff complaining about management - well guess what, it sucks just as much in management.
