Pros

The company is great lead by great management. There is a lot of training - the best training from a company I’ve worked for by far. It’s a difficult industry itself and constantly learning and adapting . Company really values its employees . Well paid and bonuses . Great retirement structure. Transparency with company.

Cons

Difficult to grow fast in/ promote with in. It takes years. Can be switched around in departments -from Text contacts center to Phone Call center .
