Pros

Great work hours, never had to work overtime and they don't schedule meetings at ridiculous hours Tuition reimbursement is their best benefit by far, definitely take advatange of this while you're here. Awesome healthcare benefits as well not to mention the annual profit-sharing. If you don't care about having interesting work and being intellectually challenged, but just want a comfortable job and salary this is the place to be.

Cons

Having a toxic boss is enough to screw you over. Saw many other friends get written off because their boss decided randomly they weren't a good fit. At this point there's usually nothing you can do and it's only a matter of time before you're let go for not meeting performance standards. I did meet some really great and kind people I enjoyed working with so it was unfortunate that things turned out the way they did.

Cons

Horrible retention rate (1-2 years), toxic work environment, unrealistic expectations, the glassdoor reviews are very representative of what it is like to work here
