Pros

Solid, well-laid out training/onboarding that helps you build new skills and learn the job well, even if you come from a different professional background. Generous benefits- fully covered medical for yourself and spouse, annual profit sharing, covers costs for higher education. Mostly remote with a few in-office days a month.

Cons

In office days will increase starting 9/24 with no financial incentive or increased PTO. Employees are often moved to new departments on short notice- this could be a pro or con depending on how interested you are in learning new things.

Pros

Great trainers and onboarding procesd

Cons

- were told it would be hybrid three days a month, shortly after accepting it was suddenly changed to 3 days a week (which I made clear would impact my decision to take the role) - expectations/tracking of time is excessive. We are adults. - Work is extremely boring
