Lousy hours: You have to "bid" for the shift you need (or want); Its the lowest paying counter job at OIA; Mgrs "nit-pick" about everything from the length of your nails to your hair style to standing up while doing your job (even though for the last 8 years it didnt matter); You have to wear the ugliest uniform EVER (Black pants & yellow polo shirts or WHITE polyester shirts (depending on your position); Very stressful clients and the managers NEVER stand behind their employees actions or back them up; You ONLY get recognition if you do something wrong; You only get 1/2 hour for "lunch" with NO other breaks inbetween; Employee parking at OIA is 5 miles away and can only be gotten to by jam-packed shuttle bus that runs sporadically; No paid sick days (you have to be off 2 in order to get paid for 1 & then you need a doctors note to come back); Medical insurance is lousy (Humana) -- HIGH premiums for mediocre coverage.

The cons outweigh the pros significantly. Let's start with pay which they are the lowest in the area for this. The equipment doesn't compete with other larger motor coach companies in the area. You would think that the entire fleet was no less then 5-7 years old at the most but you would be wrong. They have the money to keep a very late model modern fleet, but seem to want to waste it on maintaining older equipment that have been repainted. You could put lipstick on a pig but it's still a pig. They only buy the cheapest low end motor coaches with the minimum amenities in them and on them. No Alcoa Durabright wheels, but they all have grey steel wheels, with at least a bathroom and DVD and radio in each coach. I will say it again there vehicles are junk compared with other larger area companies. If you don't have a CDL they will train you to get one, which you would think this is a pro. It's not as if you part ways with the company for any reason within six months they will charge you what they feel it costs for the training. What's crazy is there a third-party state certified testing facility and get a kick back from the state for each person trained for their CDL. The front door needs to be a revolving one.
