**Awful Communication:** - **Incompetent Management:** Leaders are completely out of touch, creating a chaotic and frustrating work environment. - **Favoritism:** Clear bias in promotions and opportunities, with certain employees receiving preferential treatment. - **Management Kissing major rear ends** It’s evident that brown-nosing is the way to get ahead, rather than hard work or talent. - **Confusing Decisions:** Decisions take forever and seem random, leading to constant changes and disruption. - **Zero Direction:** No clear strategy or vision; employees feel lost and undervalued. - **Avoid at All Costs:** My experience was a disaster, and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Customer are local and very friendly We get bonuses and payment ranges depending on title and review Work incentives like a paid lunch or a gift card.

Cons

Very bad communication In office job We have to ask for help through chat systems sometime taking 15-30 for support. No after call time so if one call drops another one, jumps right in.
