No accountability for hitting sales goals. Ok pay. Could be worse.

Women are still suppressed in terms of promotion. In general, they're treated respectfully, but no woman is going to get promoted or paid the same as the men here. A man without any experienced will get promoted or brought in before promoting a woman WITH experience and good work history. Look at the history of the board members. Woman have been allowed to manage certain depts., like HR, but the men do treat these women inferior. They scold, speak down to them.
