The bank is growing and expanding it's territories by acquiring other banks. The work environment is easy going and enjoyable. Staff is committed to providing great customer service.

Cons

Salary and benefits are not the best. Communication companywide needs to be improved.

Good place to work. New ownership is concerned about employees again and the overall image of the bank in the community.

Cons

Not much room for internal growth. Hiring seems to be mainly outside of bank. Long term employees seem to be expendable.
