      Pros

      Nice people, laid back atmosphere for a retail bank setting. Close knit group like a family. I really enjoyed working for this company and would recommend it to a friend.

      Cons

      There is little room for upward mobility. If you're not educated, you will have to put in many years before a significant promotion. I don't have many more bad things to say about the company.

      Pros

      Working for a small bank means that you get to know everyone and all the different roles quickly and easily.

      Cons

      No really opportunity exists to grow professionally or to advance up the ranks. It's one of the natural limitations of working for a small bank.
