      Pros

      Many of the employees are nice people to work with. The one thing they all have in common is they don't trust management

      Cons

      Management is quick to fire people, favoratism is obvious. Management doesn't care about anyone, when they decide to give you the boot, they do it. They don't care.

      Pros

      The fast paced dynamic maintenance and construction company is a great place to build a career. There are lots of opportunities to advance, should an employee have the desire and work ethic.

      Cons

      Because we run a fast paced, high volume business, its not for everyone. Overtime may be required in all position within the organization as we do not fail for our clients. Hard work is rewarded. Employees who are complacent or lazy are exposed quickly.

      The pay is excellent! Overtime is available.

      Cons

      Upper management is very discriminatory towards women and racist towards minorities. The turnover is extremely high. They will terminate your employment with no valid reasoning or proof. If you are a smart, intelligent woman, this is not the environment for you. This company thrives off of women with no backbones. The male managers literally belittle their female counterparts. The women in upper management are too weak to speak up for themselves so they take the frustration out on the staff.
