401K, health insurance, hybrid/remote, some flexible schedules

Cons

High volume must make daily/weekly goals. Poor training, many supervisors/managers work remote in different states unavailable for in-person help. Many employees don't last 6 months, they leave for better jobs and pay. Have to constantly fix mistakes by overseas remote workers, management don't care to fix.

Office Building is Nice and privacy cubicles while you work

Cons

Is not so much the company but manager and supervisor were just AWFUL and the audacity of them to lie on someone is so Low! They expect so much from you… a very high productivity but yet you have to open 20 sites just for one account! All employees work from home even out of other states but yet when a Managers favorite employee does not want to go in the office they bully others to go in… Meanwhile they are home doing nothing just on phone meetings and micro managing their employees because they do not want to work! Just negative and petty
