Remote/hybrid that's pretty much it

Cons

High work load on a very stressful environment. Manager/supervisor are clueless on what to do. Micromanaging your day everyday. Pay is minimum for what one does. You have to plea to get a few pennies worth a raise. No consideration to employee who have no power. Work and efforts are unappreciated. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Overworked and underpaid. Management constantly on your neck and knit picks everything. All work no play.
