      Terrible Leadership

      None that would give a recommendation to another person to work here.

      Cons

      Executives don't want change. Issues with the one person who developed all of the original technology. Doesn't want to work with anyone, nor does he want to listen to new ideas that are innovative. Nothing is modern in the organization. Refuse to put people in the right areas of the organization. Only promote people who have been in the org for 10+ years. The VP of Product doesn't have any product experience.

      Opportunity to Advance

      Lots of opportunity to advance within the company as they encourage individual growth. Company is stable and growing rapidly, which makes for an exciting time to join! Good time off and 401k match.

      Cons

      Fast moving which may not be a fit for all folks.
