Business Outlook
Pros
Flexible working hours. Good work life balance. Good pay. Fully loaded kitchen with snack bars,fruits, pops. It's a nice product people are building there.
Cons
Too much favouritism. Political environment. You feel the heat it you are not in the core team. Few old school people don't let anyone learn about the domain. Every time you approach them,they have different excuse to satisfy you. But you never get to know the full workflow of how the whole system works. Environment is getting toxic day by day since few of old and trustful employees have left because of similar issues.
