Pros

Flexible, supportive, understanding, they keep you busy and stretch you to learn and do different things. They are open to knowing what your interests are and letting you focus on your strenghts as much as possible. They were so laid back and nice. They have a love for the business and want to make this company and it's employees the best they can be.

Cons

You must be disciplined to work from home. They hire the best and expect you to deliver.
