Pros

The people are friendly and helpful. I never had a bad experience working with anyone. I can't complain about the working environment.

Cons

There is very little opportunity for growth. The only way to move up thru the company is through the underwriting department. As far as I could tell everyone seemed really comfortable in their positions.
