      Pros

      Benefits Culture Remote Options I started this job as a fully remote employee and I feel at home. At other employers I felt micromanaged. Here I feel empowered to succeed. Lots of opportunity to interact with senior leaders

      Cons

      PTO could be better compared to some competitors. D&I could be better but I hear there is something in the works!

      Financially stable company with great leadership. The provide autonomy and all levels of management are accessible. CEO down to earth, friendly and open to feedback, as are all of the leaders.

      Cons

      A little behind on the use of technology and trying to catch up.
