Business Outlook
Pros
Salary/benefits are very competitive with other Fort Wayne Insurance companies. They really reward their hard working employees. There is a lot of room for growth within the company. Great insurance/ 401k match, onsite gym, very cheap- but good- lunch program. MedPro is a very stable company backed by Berkshire Hathaway, has been around for over 100 years which provides a sense of job security.
Cons
Overall the company environment could be happier/ nicer. Management pushes teamwork but no one wants to help do anything more then their own work. They put a lot on each employee in the AU role, so sometimes we feel overworked. Also the hiring process is very slow, but worth it once you are in.
