      Went down hill fast after acquisition by CareCloud. The company has suffered round after round of lay-offs and is now bare-bones.

      Pros

      Management is very open with the employees. You always know the direction company is heading. Even when some of the news isn't as good as you would like. Management, HR and Support staff are always available to assist. One thing I really appreciate was there was no Micro-Management or office politics.

      Cons

      As a contractor, there was no paid vacation time. This pretty normal for this type of organization.
