      Pros

      This company is always attentive to your needs. In addition, they understand that your contract will be ending so they go out and look for work related to your skills so you don't have to be on the bench long before your next contract. Who does that?? They do! In addition, the want to make sure your interview process is thorough. They prepare you quite well regarding the needs of the contract so it's a slam dunk. They go to bat for you regarding what you are worth instead of taking the least amount. I love it!

      Pros

      The people are inspiring and really drive me to do my best work. I have had many opportunities to grow with this company and have expanded my skills beyond anything I could have imagined I could do. I get to work remotely and the work life balance is absolutely incredible.

      I don't get to see/work with my team in person every day and I enjoy them!

      Administratively getting set up to work was quick and painless Pay and expense reimbursement is two times a month and only lags 2 weeks I feel supported by the team when I needed additional direction My pay rate is competitive

      Cons

      Benefits are not offered, but the pay rate is a bit higher to compensate
