      Pros

      Great salary and excellent benefits. There’s a strong sense of community within the workplace. Nurses truly support one another and work together as a team, which makes for a collaborative and positive environment.

      Cons

      As a union hospital, compensation is standardized, so pay isn’t always reflective of performance although they do offer bonus incentives for nurses throughout the year.
