      Opportunities to grow and advance, offered to pay for educational classes approved with partnership organizations.

      Cons

      Staffing was squeezed to make budget constraints, felt somewhat stressful based on lack of time off.

      Good benefits but Low salaries

      Great Benefits and PTO accrual

      Cons

      Low salaries, no advancement opportunities for administrative assistants, multiple market raises for low level employees and nothing for higher level employees , they don’t want to give raises or pay for good staff. Turnover rate is astronomical. Inadequate supervisors are promoted to manages without degrees and no training because they can pay them less. It’s the Medstar way. The less they can pay, the better.
