Pros

The environment is extremely collaborative, depending on your department. Benefits are amazing and pay is competitive.

Cons

The commute to campus is soul crushing as there is no parking on site if you are not a doctor/nurse or a resident. There are shuttles and buses to get us into work. Also, growth opportunities within the system are very difficult to maneuver. You apply and never hear back until they reject you.
