- If you're just looking for easy, standard routine day job, then this might be for you. - more suitable for someone who is looking for something stable until retirement.

Cons

- Toxic environment at headquarter x 1000 - Not for young professionals, and those who would want to make changes for improvement. - Average compensation (not competitive) - Even if you like the job itself, the culture will make you hate your life!

The benefits are significant. I am able to work remotely, and my only requirement to go into the office is for mandatory meetings.

Cons

There is insufficient accountability here. They do not pay you what you deserve, and you must argue with them to justify why you merit a pay increase.
