MedVet is committed to serving our Referral Partners and community 24/7 and we recognize that this requires mindfulness around scheduling and how we prioritize our team member's needed time to relax with our continued needs on those less-preferred days and shifts. Resources available to employees to help offset burnout include our mental wellbeing apps, our Employee Assistance Program, and the creation of a well-being room. Utilizing PTO is always encouraged to help team members reset and recharge. We are always looking for ways to further innovate and improve so that team members do not feel over extended.
