Very fast-paced, stressful environment. Staff, management and specialists can be toxic.

Team members are smart, freindly, collaborative and so helpful to a new leader

Cons

Becaus eof teh pandemic, I am missing the face to face interactions, but the use of "Teams" is really effective.
