Pros

Well staffed compared to many other clinics i've worked for. Always has supplies needed All staff is very educated and friendly LOVE my schedule

Cons

Communication is lacking between clients We need more doctors on staff on weekends/nights so patients/clients aren't waiting for 9+ hours. It isn't easy but we should be calling all clients within an hour to at least update them on their pets status regardless of if it's been seen. I think it makes owner's feel better/not lost in the chaos.

Great Staff, teaching environment. Always time to learn and areas to grow in. Overtime for working in other departments is also a plus.

Cons

Understaffed and workers doing shifts in different departments to help the company move along well.
